Githelp provides support through video chat, voice chat, or text chat, catering to the user's preferred mode of communication. Type of communicatuon channel is chosen as a part of the form that is filled out by the user in advance.

  1. Payment

Users availing support services on Githelp are required to pay an initial fee for initiatating the support session. Additionally, users will be charged a rate per minute for the duration of the support. Payment details will be communicated via email after the support session concludes.

  1. User Rating

After the support session ends, users will receive an email containing payment information and a request to rate the support received. Your feedback is crucial for maintaining service quality and improving our platform.
