To get started, authenticate yourself, and share necessary info, such as repos your company are using and monthly withdrawal limits for your team. This happens as a part of the registration. If you have any questions, reach out to us first.

Install support assistant or use our website

Install support assistant or use our website

The support assistant can be installed to your Slack or Discord as a part of the registration. You can also choose to add the assistant later if preferred. If you prefer not to use the assistant, team members can also easily use our website to create support tickets and get help.

Let your team know about the possibility to get support in your internal communication channels. If you have installed the assistant, it will also automatically notify your team members about its presence.
