Someone on your team is stuck with an issue and want some quick support in order to keep up the development pace or verify the quality of the code.
The team member having the issue can either easily create a ticket using the assistant in Slack or Discord. Or go to our website and create it there.
All helpers validated by the repository in question, are notified in Discord. The first one to pick up the ticket is assigned to it. Scheduling, payments and information are handled by us.
Every month your company gets a transaction report, showing the spendings, number of tickets handled and other relevant data. Everything within the withdrawal limits set by you.
And if you for some reason don´t like our service. No worries, it can be cancelled with ease at any time.
