To get started, authenticate yourself and share the name of the repo you want to register. If you have any questions, reach out to us first.
The support assistant can be installed to your Discord server as a part of the registration. You can also choose to add the assistant later if preferred. If you don´t have any Discord server for the project, go with your own support page instead. The ticket creation process will be the same for your users, and helpers can still be notified in Discord.
Consider sharing with your users that they now easily can get support on your Discord. You can also recommend for them to install the same assistant in their Slack to make any usage more smooth and accessible for their team.
The support page can be distributed to your Github page.
Here is a Github page example.
You can of course also distribute the support page in any other channel that makes sense for your users.
A ticket is created from Slack, your Discord, or directly on our website.
All helpers approved by you, are notified in Discord and/or email. The first one to claim the ticket is assigned to it.
Scheduling, payments and information are handled for both helper and the person who created the ticket.
Every month your repository gets a report, showing any earnings, number of tickets solved and other relevant data.
And if you for some reason don´t like our service. No worries, it can be cancelled with ease at any time.
